The Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer is a muscle building program that will teach you how to pack on 21 pounds of pure muscle in 8 weeks! Watch the video above to see some amazing results or click here to find out how to get the program for $19.95.
So, what is the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer all about?

Well, it’s like nothing you’ve ever tried before. The Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer is a breakthrough anabolic method for nutrition and muscle gain. When you combine the nutrition program with the correct type of weight lifting, you will build loads of pure muscle like never before. This isn’t “fatty” muscle that you get with most programs; this is straight-up pure muscle.
If you’ve been stuck at a plateau with your muscle building efforts, this program will help you blast through that barrier, build lean muscle and stay trim at the same time.
Let me explain…
The nutrition program is tailored for you by using their 4 unique patented formulas. These are formulas that were developed over years of trial and error and testing with some of the most highly respected nutritionists in the world. Additionally, many body builders and sports and fitness models tested this system and their input was used to create this program.
The program is tailored specifically to you based on your weight, age, height and metabolism.
More important than that is that the program tailors the nutrition aspect to your specific somatotype. Your somatotype is a fancy way of saying “your body type.”
There are 3 types of somatotype:
1. Endomorphic: This is a person who has a predisposition to storing fat. They have a large waist and gain fat easily.
2. Mesomorphic: This is a person who is well built. They have good bones, low levels of fat and are generally in pretty good shape. These people are predisposed to easily build muscle while avoiding the storage of fat.
3. Ectomorphic: These are the skinny people that can neither gain fat or muscle. They have very high metabolisms and, regardless of how much they eat or workout, they have a hard time gaining weight.
The program is designed to help each body type gain muscle regardless of their predispositions. This is what make the Muscle Maximizer program so great.
If you’re skinny and feel like you can never bulk up, this program will change your world. You will be given the tools to finally break through that plateau and start gaining some serious muscle. Your frustration at never being able to gain muscle will be a thing of the past.
If you’re a mesomorph and your workouts haven’t been getting you the results you want, this program, tailored specifically to your body type, will help you break through the proverbial muscle-building ceiling and start seeing serious gains.
If you’re an endomorph and can’t seem to gain muscle without also gaining fat, this program will show you exactly what foods to eat and what exercises to do to jack your muscle building efforts without gaining the fat that your used to seeing.

The Muscle Maximizer will teach you exactly when and which types of food and macronutrients you need to consume during the day to maximize your results. The program adjusts depending on whether or not you’re working out that day or depending on what time you work out.
This level of nutrition customization ensures that your body is getting exactly what it needs nutrient-wise all day long.
You have 2 anabolic periods each day that you can take advantage of. These occur before and after your workouts. If you consume the proper nutrition during these periods, your body will be able to effectively build muscle while avoiding any gain in fat.
Additionally, the program is designed so that on your recovery days, you’re consuming foods that help rebuild and repair your muscles. You will discover shifting techniques that involve consuming calories and macronutrients at times when they will be most valuable to your muscle recovery. You’ll notice that you won’t be nearly as sore the day after a workout because you’ll be giving your body exactly what it needs and wants.
This program was designed for the individual who is serious about gaining muscle without gaining fat. If you are ready to blast your muscle building efforts to the next level, then you need to check out this program today!
Updated information
I’ve received a lot of emails asking me to further explain the differences between endomorphs, ectomorphs and mesomorphs and how Kyle Leon’s system can help each one. So, to help people out, here’s a more thorough explanation.
Many years ago, when I made my first forays into weightlifting, I was really overwhelmed by how many different exercise, weightlifting and training programs were available. If that wasn’t enough, the amount of supplements, nutrition, dieting and other information was just way too much to digest. I switched from plan to plan and diet to diet and, as you can imagine, I got nowhere.
I had finally just about given up on my dream of building muscle and getting the body I wanted when a buddy of mine, Logan, showed me an article in a muscle mag that discussed body types. Well, I read it and it was like the curtain that was hiding all the body building secrets had finally been lifted.
When I first started working out, my bodyweight was a paltry 141 lbs and after 6 months I had only gained 3 lbs of muscle. I figured that as long as I was lifting every day, I’d gain muscle and weight. Wrong!!!
I read the article (and then reread the sections that were related to me) and realized that I was a classic ectomorph (skinny body; hard to gain muscle mass). Reading the article helped me understand how my metabolism worked, how my body type was setup and how I could gain muscle. I didn’t realize that because of my body type, I’d never build muscle unless I focused on my caloric intake, reducing cardio exercises and long periods of rest. Once I figured this out and applied it to my program, I started to make real, positive gains.
Understanding my body type and how to maximize my nutrition and workout gains through the use of the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer program has allowed me to reach muscle building gains I never thought were achievable.
Discover which body type is yours:
Endomorph

Endomorphic body types are generally those that are able to gain fat very easily. Do you remember George from Seinfeld? He’s an endomorph. These body types are generally referred to as stocky in nature. They are generally strong people that have a hard time losing their body fat.
When endomorphs lift weight to gain muscle, they oftentimes gain fat as well. This is due to their body type. As you’ll learn in the Muscle Maximizer, endomorphs need high amounts of cardio as well as intense weight lifting sessions to maxmize their muscle gain and fat loss. Diets high in lean protein are also recommended for this body type.
Mesomorph

Mesomorphic individuals are those that have a large bone structure, generally well built muscles and are naturally athletic individuals. Think of Arnold Schwarzenneger when you think of mesomorphs.
This body type is the most ideal body type for building muscle. They are able to gain muscle quickly without gaining too much fat. They do, however, gain more fat than ectomorphs and need to monitor their caloric intake to combat this problem.
Generally speaking, a well balanced workout program including weights and moderate cardio is best for mesomorphs.
Ectomorph

I’m an ectomorph. I’m a skinny dude that has a hard time gaining muscle. I can lift heavy weight all day long and only see minimal gains. I have a super high metabolism and I burn calories like crazy.
Through my introduction to this program and the somanabolic way of thinking, I’ve been able to increase my muscle size and weight by increasing my caloric intake drastically and by working out my big muscle groups (legs, back, chest). The results have been awesome and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Body Type Combinations
The above body types don’t apply to everyone but they apply to about 95% of the world. You can pretty much look at someone and tell what body type they are.
Additionally, the rules don’t always apply. Some ectomorphs actually wind up getting fat because they don’t take care of themselves and some mesomorphs can actually gain weight as quickly as an endomorph.
Regardless of your body type, if you’re serious about building muscle while minimizing your fat gains, you need to get a program that helps you deal directly with your body type. The Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer has helped many people reach their fitness goals and it can work for you.
About Kyle Leon
Before developing the Muscle Maximizer, Kyle Leon made his name in muscle building circles for being an expert nutritionist and world class bodybuilder. Prior to his bodybuilding success, Kyle was a sports fitness model and also a pro baseball player (he played for the Canadian team the Edmonton Cracker-Cats in ’05).
After striking out (pun intended) with a pro-baseball career, Kyle started to get really serious about bodybuilding and nutrition. He was strong from his years as a ball player but he didn’t have the definition, the cut, that he wanted.
He started to study how nutrition affects the bodybuilding process. He was trying to find a way to pack on significant muscle while cutting his bodyfat percentage.
What he found was that, by eating specific types of food at specific times of day (relative to his workout) he was able to see dramatic increases in muscle mass and a significant decrease of body fat.
This new knowledge led him to develop the SMM program to help others have the same muscle building success that he had experienced. Since its launch, it has been one of the most successful internet muscle building programs and continues to gain fans around the world.
Due to the results he achieved from his system, Kyle can now be seen on the cover of many fitness magazines and he is commonly asked to speak and write articles on the topics of muscle building and nutrition.
For testimonials of how his program has helped people get in shape, follow this link.
1. What is the Muscle Maximizer?
Simply put: it is a one-of-a-kind approach to muscle building that can’t be found anywhere else.
It is a program that is completely tailored to your body type and your nutritional needs. When combined with proper exercise and weight lifting/training, the Muscle Maximizer software helps you blast through any plateaus that you’ve reached and, at the same time, burn fat so you’re lean and cut! If you want to get into the kind of shape that turns heads, this is the program for you.
2. How does the SMM system work?
As explained above, the Muscle Maximizer program uses your body type (ectomorph, endomorph, mesomorph) to determine what and when you should eat. This program uses 4 patented formulas to help you achieve the best body possible by maximizing your nutritional intake. These formulas weren’t just created overnight or on a whim. They were developed over several years of rigorous testing, consulting and adjusting before they were released to the public.
Everything is taken into account: your weight, age, metabolism level and height. That info, coupled with your somatotype and current weight lifting ability, are what enables the program to be tailored to you. The program will calculate an exact calorie amount for you to consume each day based on whether or not you’re working out. The point of this is to give your body the nutrients it needs at the exact time it needs them. This enables you to grow massive amounts of muscle without packing on fat.
Additionally, the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer uses this information to help you determine and meet your pre-workout and post-workout nutritional needs so that you can maximize the two opportunities you have each day for anabolic growth and success. By doing this, you’re able to go from a skinny dude to a ripped machine in the shortest amount of time possible.
The program will help you learn exactly when and what to eat on your days off to promote muscle repair and regrowth. You’ll learn how to decrease or eliminate muscle soreness while rapidly increasing recovery and growth.
The software will provide graphs that are easy to follow and help you track your progress throughout the program.
3. I don’t know my Somatotype!!!
No sweat! The SMM program will walk you through a somatotype determining set of questions so that you know exactly what body type you have an how to quickly get started on the road to success.
4. Will I like the foods? What if I don’t?
Unlike many programs out there, you have many nutritional options when it comes to our program. Each day you will have 3 meal plans that have been customized for you. Each of these meal plans is designed to meet your nutritional needs for the day. If you don’t like an item in one meal plan, simply switch it for its counterpart in another meal plan. You literally can’t run out of options.
Hate everything in all 3 meal plans? The program has over 1400 foods from which you can choose to replace any of the preselected options.
The beauty of this program is that it is customized for YOU!
If you’ve managed to read this far down, then you know that this program will work for you. Stop wasting your time and get your copy of the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer today.
I enjoyed your video and the work you put into it really shows. I am going to pass this on to my husband because he is having trouble building that muscle he wants as well. I am hoping that my son will join him in the workouts and learn something as well. Thank you for the information I really appreciate it. I am more in the search for fat loss techniques that will work.
That is certainly impressive that this product is in the middle of a bidding war between major gym franchises. And don’t I know it – that your diet is more then 50 percent of the key to getting a great physique. I learned this through trial and error and lots of reading on countless fitness techniques and lots of money spent over the years on supplements. After 20 years, I know that what’s said here is accurate.
Is there anything like this that doesn’t have to be a download that you pay for? Is there anyone out there willing to give the advice people need to improve their bodies free of charge or is this always going to be a gimmick to buy the next powder, pill or program? People have a hard enough time losing weight and gaining muscle with out the financial burden of it as well.
Thanks for another supplement and stuff that you have to purchase to get any help for building muscle. I am waiting for the free version myself. I need help but I don’t want to have to pay for it. Maybe if I read enough books on diet and exercise I will figure out the secret myself. I will say if this is what you did then it certainly helped you.
It is funny because when I first started watching this video presentation, even before Kyle began to telling about his story, I looked at the way his shoulders and arms are developed, and know right away that he was an ungainly, lanky, wiry body type as a kid – before he developed his muscles. I guess that in my two decades of experience in fitness and sports, I have seen many body types and can tell.
This is some great information, it really wasn’t that short of a presentation but by the time it was over I had learned a lot. It is very interesting that there is a bidding war going on in the gyms to see who Is going to sell it in their gym or not, that must mean it is pretty good. You did a great job on your article and the video was great too.
Well you can tell that you practice what you preach but it doesn’t sound like this is really what I’m looking for as a girl, I don’t want a lot of muscle I want to lose fat more. I would like some lean muscle, would this work for that? This is a great article and I’ll have to get some and try this. You have to order it from the web site right?
This stuff sounds like a miracle muscle builder but has the ingredients been tested and approved by the FDA or is this one of those things that you just have to take your chances with? My son would like to bulk up for football and he is having a hard time doing it on his own, so I suggested a muscle building supplement and he found this I just want to make sure it’s safe.
Kyle you should be proud of what you have come up with here and I hope that it does well when you finally decide where you are going to sell it. Unfortunately I am looking for something geared more towards a fat burner than a muscle builder. Does this burn fat as well as build the muscle or is it strictly geared towards muscle building?
This sounds like it is going to be the next best thing to all natural muscle building and it is going to make the process a lot faster. My son, when he was in high school was bigger then almost all the other boys as far as muscle goes but now that they have graduated there’s a lot of them that joined the military and just started working out, this will help him catch up.
Congratulations on your business venture. This has obviously worked for you personally and I hope that you will reach a lot of guys and get them to try it instead of steroids to build muscle. You can do this and still be healthy it sounds like but they don’t realize what happens to their bodies after steroid use. Thank you so much for giving them this option.
I agree that this trainer, Kyle, appears to have been a lanky, tall skinny kid. I can tell by the length of his arms. He has the sort of wing span that you see on basketball players, but obviously, he has learned how to pack on muscle and has now gotten decent muscle mass proportions. I would like to learn his secrets about diet and training without the use of performance enhancing drugs.
Does this work for women as well as men? I mean obviously they don’t want to get as big as some of these men do but I would like to get some muscle so that I at least look athletic in my tank tops and shorts. My boyfriend says I’m to skinny and I need some muscle, especially upper body, because I have no strength there at all.
I’d like to get some of this because I have the hardest time building muscle or losing the fat that is on top of them so that they’re better defined. I’m a woman so is this stuff going to work for me? I understand that men and women build muscle differently so I’m assuming that this was manufactured with men in mind. I just want to know if it will help me as well?
I suppose everyone is looking for an edge – a way to improve the body’s ability to build muscle and burn fat, simultaneously as much as possible. This program looks like it teaches the latest in nutrition and exercise philosophy. I think the science of fitness has advanced so much that anyone can transform their body so long as they are willing to make the commitment and stick to the regimen.
There seem to be so many options for exercise programs these days. You can’t escape them (not that I am trying to since I enjoy watching each one). They come on at all hours on the local cable stations. That is how I first discovered that you can get in great shape without paying for a gym membership. You can do it at home with a good adjustable dumbbell set.
I started lifting weights back in 1988 and during the 1990′s, I decided to try using Clenbuterol which is an asthma medication. It enhanced my endurance and muscle recuperation. But as I became even more experienced in fitness, I realized that you can get excellent results with the proper diet and exercise regimen. So I don’t doubt that this can do for anyone what it has clearly done for the trainer.
What if you don’t want to build muscle but rather just define it? Will this work for that purpose? The only thing you can do to define them is loose the fat on top of them right? Why is there fat on top of them if you have lean muscle, shouldn’t the muscle itself help burn that off? I want to be athletic not skinny, you know what I mean?
This is great but could you please post a program that is a fat losing program instead of muscle building? I know you have to have a certain amount if lean muscle to look healthy but I want to get rid of the fat on top of that muscle. Please show me how to do that? Is intervals the best way or lengthy aerobic exercise work outs?
Where are you can buy the samanabolic muscle maximizer if you dont want to buy it online?????
How that programe is work for the people that have body fat and in how many day they start lossing weight????
Will this program work with IMac?
Hi Uryel,
Yes, this program works fine with a Mac. I use a Mac myself to run this program. Let me know if you have any problems with the downloads or installs. Thanks!
Hi, is there a trail version of this and a full version? i tried to purchase it but i show that im buying the trail version.
Hi TC,
There is a trial version. How much were you billed? If you were billed $19.95 USD then you purchased the trial version. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks
I’m looking to gain some lean muscle so that it will burn the fat the is on my body off throughout the day. I was a runner in track when I was in school so my thighs have always looked fat to me, I have just gotten to the age where I see that it was muscle and I want it back instead of the flab in it’s place now. Will this work for that?
This sounds great but I don’t know that I believe what it supposedly can do. You have a very good product here if it does work. Do you offer a trial sample to people before they spend their money so they can see if it’ll work for them? Have you ever had anyone be allergic to it? I’m allergic to a lot of things found even in nature so the all natural statement doesn’t help.
Where can i buy this in the UK please
Hi Iqbal,
You can only buy this product online so just follow the link to the special offer page and you can get it there. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
I have tried similar things to this before and it really didn’t work, maybe I need to be a little more strict with my diet and portion sizes before I give up on it though. I would love to build muscle, I am tired of being the small guy at school that everyone makes fun of. If I could build some muscle they just might leave me alone.
You put together a really good video in your post. I like the way you used the drawings and things that was very creative and fun. I also liked the amount of information you offered in your video, when you said it was short I thought it wouldn’t be worth the time but it really was because it isn’t as short as you might think it is, it was packed full.
I really love the natural approach but I don’t want to bulk up being a woman, do you offer anything for woman??
Hi Sara,
Yes, you can use this even if you don’t want to bulk up. The program is designed to help you learn more about when and what to eat to help you maximize your exercise gains. If you only want to maintain your current muscle tone, then you can adjust accordingly. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Kyle I have watched your video and read your blog post many time over the past three months and I have to say that every time something else pops out at me. You did a great job putting all that information together and the video looks great, but is it realistic to think people are going to do this? Thank you for the hard work and dedication.
I appreciate this article very much, I have watched this video and started taking this very seriously. I wanted to see the video before I did anything extreme but I think I am going to get into this and I think it is going to be beneficial. Thank you for taking the time to help people like me with our fat and muscle issues.
So I’m interested in the nutrition information, but buying online to me has always been fishy. When I buy, is it just one ONE time payment of $47. And you also spelled Strike wrong when your talking about baseball career. (not trying to be rude it just looks bad when your trying to sell something) Also if I had success with your product do you offer anything for a good before after photo and statement?
Hey Teddy,
Thanks for the heads up on “stiking”.
I understand your concern with online purchases. I can assure you that you have nothing to worry about here. You will only be charged the one time (there are no hidden, recurring payments). Additionally, your purchase is handled through ClickBank which is the largest online retailer of digital products. You are protected by their no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee.
As for a before/after pic, we don’t have anything setup right now but I’ll check and see if there’s any interest/incentive.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks,
Jeremy
This was very exciting I would love to try this and I am going to try and get my husband involved with it as well. I had no idea that you could be held back from building lean muscle or bigger muscle even when you were working out and lifting weights. Thank you for sharing your information with us you seem to know what you are talking about.
I purchased it, but I never received the email with the download info in it.
Did you check your “spam” email inbox?
I was finally able to get my son to stop and watch your video last night, he has been wanting to do like you said in the video and get away from the high school lanky kid name that he got. He was very interested in the video and afterward he asked me if we could invest some money and time in to something like this for him. I am so excited for him.
hi,
i need to know how many lbs for 47$.. pls
Hey Ryan,
Are you asking how many pounds of muscle you will gain? That really depends on you and how hard you’re willing to work. We’ve had people add on 20+ lbs of pure muscle by following this plan. We’ve also had people that didn’t gain very much because they weren’t willing to do the work. It really is up to you. Let me know if this helps or if you have additional questions. Thanks,
Jeremy
This is great information for people of all ages and gender, I am not a petite girl by any means because I used to run in track I have pretty good muscle mass in my thighs. I have been trying to get the rest of my body to match, such as biceps and triceps etc. I think I have finally found something that might help me do what I want to do.
Hi this is Nabiin From Nepal, for this product what should i have to do ?
I am a woman and I want muscle that is lean and defined so I know that I need to lose the body fat but I was wondering how well this method works for women when you are talking about building muscle. I am also 43 so I didn’t know if that had anything to do with it or not. Any advice you can give on losing body fat would be much appreciated as well.
dude i am Ectomorphic type guy.i never gain my weight more 56 or 57 kg.i am 21 years old.i had joined gym hall and some how i have gain a little bit muscle but no weight gain.after i leaved gym hall i got again skinny.so plz help me.can’t i get a good body without going to gym?
Thank you for posting this information it will be very important to have once I lose the body fat that is hiding the muscle underneath. I know I have it and I need to lose the fat so I can see what is there and what I want to improve upon. I have saved your article to my desk top so that I can return to it months from now when I need it.
This is a great article for young men trying to lose that adolescent figure from high school. My son has just graduated and he is trying to gain some muscle now but has had little success finding a work out plan that will work. I am going to show him this and see if he thinks it will work for him. I would almost bet if follows it he would see a difference.
Would this work for a NCAA athlete? I know anabolic agents are against NCAA, can I still get the desired results without it? Also, If I live in a dorm can this custom design meal plan be done without having an oven to cook meals? I do have a griddle that I can use to cook meats and other things.I also have no control over the weight lifting that I do because our strength coach has us do mandatory workouts. Would I still be able to see results or is it best advised to purchase the program at a later time? I do have a griddle that I can use to cook meats and other things.
Hey Mundo,
Yes, you can use this as an NCAA athlete. There is nothing about it that is illegal. It is a method of eating the right foods at the right times to help you increase your muscle recovery and growth. You don’t have to do my workouts. You can do your team workouts and model your eating schedule around that. A lot of the people who use this program just use an indoor grill/griddle (The George Foreman is a popular one).
Thanks for the questions. Let me know if you have any more.
Jeremy
Hy Kyle
Help me pls, i bought your program but i did not recived the download linkt, its not in the spam as well and I’m not deleted it. I spend almost 100$ for nothing??
Hey Rob, I’m sorry you didn’t receive the product yet. Can you send me an email at support@somanabolicmusclemaxmizerdownloads.com so I can get you pointed in the right direction? Thanks,
Jeremy
Hi kyle leon’s I bought your system ……
How to Get (factory 2) and (test X180)? i am from Saudi Arabia my age 18 year
This is not for the person just starting out in the work out world is it? My husband is a bit overweight and I’ve just recently convinced him to start eating differently and working out with me but if I know him he’s going to want to build muscle, so I thought this would be good for him to see. Should I wait until he’s been working out a while before he tries this?
Hi there,
Yes, this is definitely a program that you can use if you’re starting out on a weight loss/muscle building journey. It’s actually better to start out with a plan like this because it ensures that you do it right from the start. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks,
Jeremy
hi
How much (factor 2) & (test X180)
Hi Michael, I don’t think I understand the question.
I purchased your product and received nothing. Emailed support for a re conformation email and I keep getting a automatic response. Can I please get one on one help???
Hey Chris, email me at support@somanabolicmusclemaximizerdownloads.com so I can help you. Thanks, Jeremy
I’m trying to build muscle because I know that it helps burn fat and it actually takes up less space than fat. I’m a woman so I don’t use as much weight obviously, are these moves and tips still good for me to use? I want to have biceps and abs for once but I know it will take hard work. Let me know what you think and how to get rid of fat.
I noticed a question on there about will I like the food and what if I don’t? I think you if truly want to transform your body you are going to learn to eat just to survive you don’t have to like it anymore. That is the way that I got about two years ago I was just eating so I didn’t starve to death. Great article with great information.
Wow you had some major transformations that you pictures on the blog, I can’t wait to get started, I am out of high school now and it is time to get rid of the lanky look. Thank you for posting this, It was exactly the push I needed to get started on my transformation plan. I am looking forward to my before and after photos.
Wow! This blog is really popular. It seems everyone wants to transform their body to fit their self image and we are all looking for the answers, the secrets, to achieving this in the minimal amount of time. I have learned a lot over the years about training and nutrition, but there are always new advancements and discoveries to be learned. This may be one of them.
This is a great article for building muscle, I am glad I find it because I have been trying to build muscle for quite some time and have had no success. This is going to be a mile stone in my adventure, I will definitely record my before and after because I just know it will be huge. Thank you for taking the time to do this I am grateful.
I have been trying the tips that you included in this post when I work out and I do think I have noticed a big difference in the way the muscle is pumped after a work out. I am looking forward to seeing the results of this in about 2 months, I would think that will give it plenty of time to kick in and really start to show if it is going to.
Why do athletes and young people do this (Risk Using Human Growth Hormone, Anabolic Steroids)? Are there any benefits? What are the risks? WebMD’s FAQ is based on an Endocrine Society webinar featuring two experts on athletic doping. It is supposed to be the magic anti-aging hormone, although there’s little evidence that it works in this way. I have tried using clenbuterol with decent results.
I am a believer in how you look is largely influenced by what you eat. Lack of muscle mass, high body fat, lack of energy at work or at the gym, bad skin, digestive problems, … All of that can be caused by unhealthy nutrition. Since there’s a lot of confusion about what to eat and why, I hope this program includes a healthy eating plan as well.
This workout program sounds exciting and I would venture to say revolutionary – at least, that is how it is being touted. When it comes to abdominal workouts, it will be a tall order to be better than the Ab workout I discovered last year. I developed washboard abs and I will only switch to have a bit of variety.
The name of this fitness program alone makes it sound like it is infused by some anabolic performance enhancing supplement. And if that were to be the case, I would not mind at all. So long as it doesn’t use a supplement that proves to be bad for your health. Remember the fin-fan supplement, which ultimately proved to be harmful to your heart?
Steven you are right there are constant changes going on in this environment of diet and exercise. I like everyone else would like to have the secret to obtaining the body I want in minimal amounts of time and I want to see changes quickly or I give up. I have been studying this stuff for a few years now and they keep changing things. You may be right about this.
If this program is anything like some of the fitness programs I have encountered on infomercials, the web and on DVD, then it should be very challenging, exhausting (provided you push yourself hard enough) and effective. Today’s advancements in techniques are really amazing when you compare them to the routines we knew just 20 years ago.
I have been following your advice for about a month now and I can already notice that I feel stronger when I am lifting the weights it is easier than before. I haven’t noticed any growth pursay but I would bet if I measured with a tape measure there would be a little bit at least. This is a great article and it’s helped me a lot I’m sure that it’s helped many others.
Paula, I’m with you girl, I’m so tired of trying different exercises and having them not work, I get so tired of this that I eventually just give up. Is there a way to know for sure if something is working or not? I try these exercises and I get sore is that a sign that they are working? I want something that’s going to make a difference to my body in just days.
The one thing I can say about the many home workout programs that are sold on TV and on the internet, just about all of them are very good at burning fat and perhaps toning your muscles and improving your strength. But where they might lack is in growing significant muscle mass. So when I see a book like this, it catches my interest. You can never know enough about fitness.
Kyle has an impressive physique. I have a pretty athletic body from years of lifting weights. My only trouble spot is my lower waist area where I have just a bit of excess fat. Other than that, my body is has enough muscle and if this program can help me reduce that final bit of fat and build just a little more muscle, I am converted.
This has to be one of the more intriguing workout programs I have ever seen promoted, and I have read countless fitness magazines and tried several workout regimens for both the gym and at home. I wonder if this program is just made up of a PDF / e-book or if it is access to workout videos online or perhaps some DVD sets.
I heard somewhere that Maine state officials are exploring ways to encourage veterans on Medicaid to shift some or all of their health care to the federal Department of Veterans Affairs. This is apparently a move designed to save the state money and potentially improving benefits for veterans. Maybe I’m just suspicious by nature, but It sounds a bit fishy to me.
My friend’s 16 year old daughter plays softball for her high school team. The other day during her practice, she told me that her coach conducts short, high intensity conditioning workouts, which is in accord with many of today’s cutting edge workout routines. I wonder if this program follows this new trend.
Recently, Microsoft officially releases Windows Server 2012, the first of its latest wave of new operating systems. It shares a few things with the upcoming Windows 8 client operating system, including the same Windows NT 6.2 kernel. More importantly, it shares the same sort of cloud-centric focus as the Windows 8 clientexcept rather than just connecting to cloud services, Server 2012 is intended to be the building block for them.
I have been noticing that demand for cloud computing services has begun to outstrip supply to the point where vendor processes for guaranteeing system uptime have become increasingly challenged. The Amazon Web Services outage of 2011 was the most glaring example of a lack of effective, scalable processes for one of the world’s premier vendors, but 2011 has witnessed notable outages specific to Sony PlayStation, Twitter, Gmail and Google’s Blogger as well.
I would hope that if I am going to pay for a workout program that said program have at least what other home fitness programs have which is mainly, videos that demonstrate to you how to do each of the routines. I realize that a workout routine can be on paper, but the exercises themselves should at least be shown on video.
I am willing to adhere to almost any discipline if it will give me the ripped lean body that Kyle has earned for himself. It can’t be that easy to achieve chest and abdominals like he has. Actually, I know from experience that it is easier to develop washboard abdominals than it is to develop a dense, even chest. That is where this program hopefully excels – at building lean muscle.
I wonder if this was the kind of work out regime that Arnold used to follow back in the day. I want to get ripped like this but that seems to be harder than it actually sounds. Thank you for posting this though and allowing everyone to get involved and get ripped. You did a great job on your video and I look forward to your next post.
This was very interesting and I can see how it would work for men but what about women. We don’t necessarily want to bulk up but I would love to build lean muscle that will boost my metabolism to burn fat. Will this work for that? I really am tired of plateaus and not being able to lose fat. Anything that will help I am willing to do.
