Two Of The Best Things To Consume For Weight Loss

I have done plenty of research and experiments in the past 10+ years on nutrition to help me find the best way to quickly burn fat, obtain a fit body, and become healthy. In my searching I’ve come across two astonishing elements that can play a major role for a person on whether or not they’d be able to burn off fat and keep a healthy toned body, or if they’d have a huge struggle on “shaking” it off.

Starting to think this is some sort of new experiment? The answer is no. These elements have actually been around for as long as we can remember and it’s quite sad that people don’t find them as important as they really are. Ready for the two magical solutions for burning that excess fat? It’s fiber and water, and here’s how they work…

Doctors always tell us that water is very important to help keep the human body healthy, but people still don’t tend to drink as much as they recommend. Water makes up about 65-70% of our bodies, so you can start to see why it’s important when trying to add lean muscle and burn extra fat. Drinking water helps to prevent snacking on foods loaded with sugar and drinking unhealthy liquids, like soda. A lot of the time when people get that hungry feeling, it’s actually our bodies sending out a message stating it’s dehydrated!

It may be hard to believe, but our bodies need more water than food. If you were stranded with just water available, you’d live longer than if you had just food. You can see how important water is in our bodies when you compare it to how important oil is in a car. Our bodies go through many processes, and in just about all of them, water is needed. Such as, when you digest food and when you absorb nutrients. It also helps to keep you energized while preventing dehydration.

Something that everyone should know is that if your body is dehydrated, it’ll totally stop the process of you burning fat. Why? Because when you become dehydrated your body goes into a state of shock. The main focus of your body goes towards hydrating itself which takes away from anything else it was doing, such as gaining energy from the burning of fat. Here’s a great tip to help burn a few extra calories…when you drink water, try to drink as much as you can with it being ice cold.

Not only does water normally taste best when it’s super cold, but every ounce you take in that’s ice cold will make your body burn right around a calorie just because of the process it goes through to warm up the water to the current body temperature. Now that you know this cool tip, you can use it to help you burn more calories than you normally would. Try and drink 100 ounces of water each day. With it being ice cold, you’ll also burn an extra 100 calories from the warming up process. Pretty awesome!

While drinking ice cold water, try to add some lemon to it. Lemon can play a big role in helping to clean your liver, which brings me to another good point when burning fat…your body needs to be working well to burn fat steadily. If any of your organs, mainly your liver and kidneys, aren’t working well, then your fat loss can slow down. So keep your body and organs in tip top shape so they work well together, and you’ll see the fat come off much faster!

Keeping your body hydrated will be sure to keep your kidneys doing their work right, which in turn makes it easier for your liver to transform that extra fat into energy.

Now, onto the other element, fiber. The more fiber you take in, the longer it’ll take your body to digest food so you’ll end up having that full feeling for a good amount of time. This is a key element when trying to burn fat because it’ll stop your body from having cravings, most importantly for the sugar filled foods, and it’ll prevent you from taking in extra calories since you’re not snacking all day. This all leads to great fat loss.
fiber
Foods that are high in fiber would be certain veggies and fruits, whole grain products, seeds, nuts, and beans. Not only are they high in fiber, but these foods also have some nutrients your body craves on it’s own. It’s a win-win situation! Don’t be fooled by processed foods though, because they aren’t ever a reliable source for fiber. Foods that fall into this category would be white flour products and common pasta. Also, be sure to keep an eye out for cereals that state to have high fiber because they normally also include lots of sugar.

Fiber is also well known to help prevent certain body disasters, such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. As it seems, fiber is needed for the body in many ways!

I insist that you start adding more water and fiber into your daily diet and health routine. By adding those to other healthy foods for a good diet and training your body with a proper resistance workout program, you’ll be on a steady path towards losing fat quickly and building the lean, tone, and healthy body that many people dream of.

The students in my class have already started this great routine, and they’re highly pleased with the results so far. I do believe it’s now your turn to accomplish what is possible, the great life without excess fat. It’s all in your reach!
